Welcome to LocalFlip Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), owned and operated by Sogno Design LLC. By purchasing, downloading, or using LocalFlip Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
LocalFlip Studio is a privacy-first, client-side Progressive Web Application (PWA) that converts PDF and image files into 3D interactive HTML flipbooks locally on your device.
Upon purchasing a license via our official merchant, Lemon Squeezy, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use LocalFlip Studio v1. Each license key permits installation and activation on up to three (3) personal devices owned or controlled by the purchaser.
LocalFlip Studio processes all files completely offline within your browser. You retain full ownership and responsibility for all content (PDFs, images, documents) uploaded to and converted by the application.
Payments and transactions are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. All purchases are one-time payments for lifetime access to v1.x. Refunds are processed according to Lemon Squeezy’s customer refund policies.
LocalFlip Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sogno Design LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
